  Traveling through on vacation and found this casino. Great prices, omg you have to eat at the Element it's so good. Get the taco special there street tacos but oh so good. 5 street tacos with rice and black beans so so good. Oh and the best that I have ever ate or have ever had was the Indian 🍞 oh man so good. A definite must stop, until next time!!

  The people that work there are super nice and they try to create a very fun atmosphere. It is a smoking casino so if that bothers you they do have a section that is non-smoking with games and tables. The spa is really nice and the hotel is really great. I ate at both of their restaurants and I love the food. I have to say they have one of the best steaks I've ever eaten and this town. Love the staff and the management. They bring some pretty good shows to their event center as well. If you're looking for a fun, relaxation or entertainment. This is the place for you.

  It's a casino, win or lose, you'll have a great time. Be sure to go to the restaurant, best food in Redding. We haven't stayed in the hotel yet so I can't make any promises there, but you'll enjoy the casino fir sure. We've lost money there, but more often then not we've walked out with more than we went in with.

  Huge disappointment. We went in to redeem a $10 gift certificate given to me for my 33rd birthday. When got to the customer service desk to sign up for the membership to be able to use my gift certificate my husband and I were surrounded by 4 security staff (easily could have been 1 security member but instead they wanted to use measures of intimidation). We were asked for my service dog information. I gave them her service animal card, certificate, and vaccine records. All of which were compliant. The same security staff told us she had to be on a leash and walking on the ground. We told him we prefer she stay in her pouch on my chest and off the ground, where she could remain safe and away from any drunk whom might be stumbling around. She is 5 pounds and small. Her only job is to alert me when I am going to have a seizure and so long as she is able to alert me she dosnt need to be on the ground. The security staff told us she wasn't welcome and needed to leave. We told him it was my birthday and we were new to town just trying to check out a new place in a new city. He told us it didn't matter and we needed to leave. Earlier in the day my husband was talking with some people from the area and was warned to not go to this particular casino. They apparently have a reputation to not pay out on big wins. If the fee of not paying out for a win equals less than the win itself they will choose to pay the fine over paying the win. We should have heeded the warning of those who are from the area and not have chosen to plan our night around this place. It's my birthday and I was really looking forward to a nice evening out with my husband.

  I have stayed at this resort on numerous occasions. I find the rooms comfortable. The restaurants are good and the staff is friendly. The one thing I would change is the cigarette smoking which is permitted in the casino. The cigarette smoke seems to penetrate the hotel rooms air system. Other then that I would return for future stays.
